In this article, we'll summarise the Fixed reports available for Learn and explain how they're most commonly used. For each report, we'll share a link to a more detailed article for you to explore further.
Fixed reports are ready-to-use reports designed to help you manage your LMS efficiently. They are called "Fixed" because their structure - columns, names, and layout - cannot be modified. However, they offer great versatility. Each report includes a summary dashboard highlighting key business metrics, with a range of filters to help you drill down into specific details.
Once you've applied filters, you can save your selections as a View. This allows you and your stakeholders to return instantly to the same filtered state when you next view the report. You can also schedule reminders to key stakeholders to return to the report and see updated data, ensuring everyone has access to the same insights.
For this article, we've categorised the Fixed reports based on why you'd use them:
- Track compliance and learning activity
- Evaluate learning
- Monitor instructor-led training activity
- Keep your LMS neat, tidy, and running smoothly
