In this article, we'll explain the main uses of the Playlists Report.
In Learn, users can create playlists of Courses to complete later, making it easy to save content for later or to quickly access frequently used Courses. All users get one default playlist, which is called ‘Saved for later’. Additional Courses can be added to this Playlist, and new Playlists can be created from scratch.
The playlist report contains the following:
- Total number of playlists
- Total number of default and user-created playlists
- Total number of Courses added to a playlist
- Total number of Courses that have been added to playlists
- Total number of playlists that contain courses, and how many are empty
- The Courses that are most frequently added to playlists
