The report is dashboard-driven with interactive metrics designed to let you focus on the data that matters most. Some key things to know about the report:
- The report does not contain any learning history data
- There is a data export limit of 150,000 rows

How can I see a list of Users who have not signed in?
- Open the Fixed report Users, Groups and Sign-in history
- In the 'People panel', select View:
- Select the edge of the table. This will make available as filters, all the data fields contained in the report
- Select the filter Days since user last sign in
- Select Advanced Filtering
- Select is blank:
- Select Apply filter. The table will be filtered to show only Users with with a blank entry in the 'Days since user last sign-in' will now show in the table
- Export the data, if necessary.
How often does the reports database refresh?
- The report database refreshes twice every 24 hours
- A time stamp showing the most recent database refresh is shown in every fixed report
- The 'database refresh' time stamp can also be added to a user-created report
- The 'database refresh' time stamp displays in GMT/BST time
- Each Dataset is refreshed individually, so the time stamp may differ between reports using different Datasets
- When a fixed report and a user-created report are built using the same dataset, the time stamp will be the same
