In this article, we'll give an overview of the Field Mapping Report.
This is a fixed report that shows the labels given to the custom fields available in the Kallidus Suite. When building a report, these fields will be listed as User Field 1, 2, 3, and so on. The field mapping report gives a reminder of how each field is used.
The field mapping report can be accessed by going into any report and then selecting 'Field mapping' from the menu at the top right of the screen.
In the screenshot below, we are looking at field mappings for Learn. The 3 key ways to interact with this report are:
- Search for a specific field to see how it has been mapped in your system
- Filter results to find fields related to a specific system area
- View results in the main table
