In this article, we'll explain the main uses of the Skills Assignment Report.
In Learn, skills can be either assigned directly to a User (known as a General skill), or added to a Skill Profile, which are in turn assigned to Groups. The Skills assignment report provides summary and detailed information about how skills are assigned to your people - so you can keep track of your site setup as your skills library grows.
The report includes the following:
- Which people are linked to which skills and skill profiles
- Which skills are assigned to one or more people
- Which skills are assigned to no one
- Which skill profiles are assigned to one or more people
- Which skill profiles have skills assigned to them (this is referred to as the skill profile being ‘active’)
