In this article, we'll explore the Catalogues, Courses, and Lessons administration report. This report is available to all customers with Power BI. We'll summarise what the report includes, and how it might be used, along with key things to know about the report.
The report is an essential housekeeping tool. View this report regularly to keep your Learn LMS organised and running smoothly. The report shows:
- How many catalogues, Courses, and lessons exist in your Learn LMS
- How many Courses and Lessons are enabled/not enabled
- Which Catalogues have no Courses assigned
- Which Catalogues are not assigned to any groups
- Which Courses contain no lessons
- Which Courses are not assigned to any users
- Which Lessons are not assigned to any courses
- Which Lessons are not assigned to any users
- The relationships between your Courses, Catalogues and Lessons

Important things to know about this report
The report is dashboard-driven with interactive metrics designed to let you focus on the data that matters most.
Some key things to know about the report:
- It shows enabled and un-enabled Catalogues, Courses and Lessons
- A course in Learn does not have to be in a Catalogue
- A course in Learn can be in more than one Catalogues
- A course containing no Lessons will never be visible to your users
- There is a data export limit of 150,000 rows
