Summary compliance metrics
The key visuals on the summary page are the summary metrics for compliance from 3 perspectives – Course assignments, Courses, and people:
- Course assignments: The overall number of Course assignments, and the number of assignments that are complete/incomplete
- Courses: The overall number of Courses assigned to your people, and the number of Courses that have been completed by all Users assigned it
- People: The overall number of Users, and the number of Users that have completed all Courses assigned to them

The report is designed to get you quick answers to this kind of questions. Select the question for a summary of the steps:
The Health & Safety officer asks if Sales and Retail teams have completed ‘Manual handling’
Here's a summary of the steps to get your answer quickly:
- Open the 'Course title' filter, and select the Manual handling Course
- Open the 'Group' filter and select the Sales and Retail Groups

There are two key techniques to get from the summary to the detail.
Apply filters at 3 levels
As with all fixed reports, the Learning Progress report has a selection of filters to help you find the detail you're looking for. There are 3 places where filters can be applied: to all pages, to this page, and to a specific visual.

How often does the reports database refresh?
- The report database refresh twice a day
- A time stamp showing the most recent database refresh is shown in every fixed report
- The 'database refresh' time stamp can also be added to a user-created report
- Each Dataset is refreshed individually, so the time stamp may differ between reports using different Datasets
- Where a fixed report and a user-created report are built using the same dataset, the time stamp will be the same
