In this article, we'll explore the Accreditation analysis report. This report is available to all customers with Power BI. We'll summarise what the report includes, and how it might be used, along with the filter and drill-through options available.
How this report can be used
- See a breakdown of completion progress for continuous and fixed accreditations
- See the ‘big picture’ of accreditations that will expire each month for the coming year
- Follow a ‘one-click’ route to see Users with a status of complete, expired, not started or suspended
Important things to know about this report
The report is dashboard-driven with interactive metrics designed to let you focus on the data that matters most. The report is pre-filtered to include only enabled accreditations, and enabled users, by default. This filter can be changed to show optional learning if required. Use the 'Is group member?' filter to only show users that are currently assigned to an accreditation via a group. The report has a data export limit of 150,000 rows.
Filters
As with all fixed reports, the Accreditation analysis report is supplied with a selection of filters to help you find the detail you're looking for. Watch the below video to see the filters configured for this report:
We've added the ability to filter by "is group member?", which allows you to work out whether the accreditation was assigned by a group or not.
Data drill-through
Data drill-through takes you from summary-level information, right through to the granular detail you need. Watch the below video to see examples with the Accreditation analysis report:
How often does the reports database refresh?
- The report database refresh twice a day
- A time stamp showing the most recent database refresh is shown in every fixed report
- The 'database refresh' time stamp can also be added to a user-created report
- Each Dataset is refreshed individually, so the time stamp may differ between reports using different Datasets
- Where a fixed report and a user-created report are built using the same dataset, the time stamp will be the same
