In this article, we'll explain the main uses of the Course Ratings Report.
In Learn, when a user completes a Course, they are invited to give a rating on a simple '1 to 5 stars' scale. It is not mandatory to rate a Course:

The Course Ratings Report analyses the responses given and provides the following:
- The number of ratings that have been received
- The average rating for a Course
- A drill-through option to see person-by-person ratings received
This can be especially useful as part of a content audit to ensure that your LMS content is relevant, up-to-date, and performing well. For more information, view How to use Custom fields to support your content audit in The Academy.
