SCORM Question Analysis dataset and fixed report
We've added a brand new SCORM Question Analysis dataset and fixed report to Power BI. The report includes:
- How many SCORM Lessons are included in the report
- How many Users have question-level data logged against them
- How many individual SCORM sessions those users have undertaken
- Summary and granular information about question response accuracy (i.e. how many times a question has been answered correctly and incorrectly)
- A SCORM Question and Answer Analyser option which lets you work out which questions are causing problems and figure out the possible causes
- A month-by-month chart showing when SCORM sessions have occurred during the last year
As with other fixed reports, we've also made the underlying dataset available for use with user created reports.
Learning History dataset
We've added a brand new Learning History dataset for use with user created reports. This dataset was designed to help you look back at the history of each user interaction with a lesson. While it does not track compliance, it does provide insights into volumes of lesson activity and histories of lessons completed by users.
Scheduled data exports to SFTP
Use your Power BI data with external reporting tools by exporting to SFTP! Our brand new scheduled data connections feature enables you to export prebuilt Kallidus datasets to an SFTP location of your own. Once exported, you can extract and transform the data as needed before loading it into your external reporting tools.
Edit reminders
We've added the ability for you to edit existing report reminders that are running on a schedule. When editing reminders, you'll be able to update:
- Name
- Recipients
- Frequency
- Enabled/disabled
Updated Learn fixed reports
We've added a 'group category' filter to the following Learn fixed reports to enable quicker user filtering:
- Accreditations Analysis report
- Added Learning report
- CPD report
- Evaluation report
- Event Management and Analysis report
- Learning Progress report
- SCORM Question Analysis report
Updated Objectives Summary report
We've added a 'objective is published?' filter to the Objectives Summary report to enable filtering for active objectives. We've also pre-set this filter to 'yes' and made it a readable column on relevant data tables.
