This exciting enhancement to weighted objectives lets you decide whether the weight from a global objective is cascaded to any linked personal objectives. This gives central teams more control over the extent to which personal goals should be prioritised when contributing to a business outcome.
When creating a global objective, there is a new option to cascade it. This means you can also have a mix of cascading and non-cascading weights, giving you more flexibility.
