In this release, we’re excited to introduce one of our most-requested enhancements: the ability to bulk-assign reviews with a dynamic due date.
Instead of setting a fixed deadline, the due date can now be calculated relative to the moment the review is assigned, for example, “30 days after joining.”
This means review timing can now align directly with real events such as start dates, onboarding milestones, or internal moves. Each time a user joins a group linked to a dynamic assignment rule, they automatically receive the review with an accurate, up-to-date deadline.
Dynamic due dates are especially useful for:
- Probation reviews are scheduled relative to an employee’s start date (e.g., 90 days after joining)
- Rolling check‑ins that need consistent timing for each employee, rather than fixed calendar dates
- Development or settling‑in reviews triggered by role changes, internal moves, or new responsibilities
