In this article, we'll explain the main uses of the Perform Objectives Summary Report.
In Perform, an objective is a time-bound task (or series of tasks) that a user must complete by a specific date. Objectives can be created by the user or assigned by their line manager/reviewer.
The Perform Objectives Summary Report is designed to help you monitor progress across your organisation. This report provides a high-level overview of objectives, offering valuable insights without delving into the detailed comments that may be added to each objective by users or their line managers/reviewers.
Key Features of the Perform Objectives Summary Report:
- Objective Count and Status: Displays the total number of objectives and their current status, categorized as complete, in progress, not started, or overdue.
- Completion Percentage: Shows the percentage of objectives that have been completed.
- Active Objective Count: Indicates the number of people with active objectives.
- Objective Progress: Provides both summary and detailed progress of objectives, sortable by line manager and individual user.
- Completion Timeline: Features a month-by-month chart illustrating when objectives were completed over the past year.
This report is designed to provide managers and reviewers with a comprehensive view of objective progress, facilitating better performance management and goal tracking within the organisation.
How often does the reports database refresh?
- The report database refresh twice a day
- A time stamp showing the most recent database refresh is shown in every fixed report
- The 'database refresh' time stamp can also be added to a user-created report
- Each Dataset is refreshed individually, so the time stamp may differ between reports using different Datasets
- Where a fixed report and a user-created report are built using the same dataset, the time stamp will be the same
