We are delighted to launch our Skills suggestion and verification within Perform. This functionality, if switched on within Perform, enables your people to record skills, work on them, request an update to their skill level and find suitable courses more easily.
This new functionality helps individuals identify their most significant skill gaps, collaborate with their manager to develop those skills, and then receive verification once progress has been made. After a skill is verified, the system automatically recommends the next highest‑priority gaps to focus on.
To use this feature, you will need to switch on Skills in Perform using the global settings.
