We’re pleased to introduce an enhancement to Development Activities that strengthens how skills and learning are supported across Perform.
Until now, each development activity could be linked to only one Course. But meaningful development often involves more than a single resource - especially now that activities can support multiple skills.
To better reflect real learning journeys, you can now attach multiple courses to a single development activity. This gives individuals and managers greater flexibility and ensures development plans capture the full range of learning needed to build the right skills.
