In this article, we explain how a User can obtain additional attempts at a test or quiz after exhausting the default three attempts. Once these attempts are used, Users must relaunch the Course and start the learning process again. Users often seek help from Administrators in such cases. This article provides clear steps for Users to reset the Course and regain the option to retake the test or quiz.

Steps a User needs to follow to obtain more test/quiz attempts
- Where the User has failed the permitted number of attempts, a message appears indicating they have finished the lesson but have not passed and can try again:
- Select the 'X' to close the Course:
- Close the message that displays to indicate they can try again:
- Select Start course on the Course tile to relaunch the Course:
- Select Restart course:
- Select Start course:
- Complete the learning again. Completing the learning again helps improve the User's chances of passing the test and reinforces the knowledge and learning points.
- Start the test once the learning has been repeated. Users will have 3 new test attempts (based on the default number of tests set up)
