Learn - switch on/off an email template

In this article, we'll show how to switch off email templates where they are not required for your organisation. This is an important part of LMS administration - if learners receive too many notifications then the most important ones can get missed, so make sure that only the necessary templates are active.

Steps to switch on/off an email notification

1. In Learn admin, browse to settings:
2. Select 'Email' from the Settings administration menu
3. Scroll to the end of the page and select Templates:
4. From the drop-down menu, select the template to switch on/off. Templates that have been switched off will be marked as 'disabled':
5. Select 'Disable (or 'Enable' depending on the status of the template selected). The template will now be disabled and will not be sent to users when triggered:
