In this article, we'll show how to switch off email templates where they are not required for your organisation. This is an important part of LMS administration - if learners receive too many notifications then the most important ones can get missed, so make sure that only the necessary templates are active.
Steps to switch on/off an email notification
- In Learn admin, browse to settings:
- Select 'Email' from the Settings administration menu
- Scroll to the end of the page and select Templates:
- From the drop-down menu, select the template to switch on/off. Templates that have been switched off will be marked as 'disabled':
- Select 'Disable (or 'Enable' depending on the status of the template selected). The template will now be disabled and will not be sent to users when triggered:
