Perform - Create a custom ratings scale

Step sections can include Number scale questions , used for example to rate an individual’s performance against company values. A default scale is available. Alternatively, a custom rating scale can be created for use in the template:

Step One: Create a new rating scale.

Navigate to Template builder and select a template. Scroll down to the Rating scales area and click ‘Create a new rating scale’:

Step Two: Specify the properties of the rating scale

Enter a name to identify the new rating scale and select the number of values for the rating scale:

Step Three: Set scale and Add detail

Enter the text for each point on the Rating scale. Additional detail can also be added to further explain each of the values in the scale:

Step Four: Apply to sections

The new Rating scale is now available to be applied to a section:
