In this article, we'll explain how to publish a review template. When first created, a Review template is saved in
draft format. At this point, it's visible only in the Template builder to Perform Administrators.
Once it's checked and ready to go, it can be published following the steps below. At this point, it will be immediately available for managers to assign to their teams.
A few things to know about publishing Review templates:
- New sections cannot be added to a published template
- Text can be edited, for example to correct a typo or add a link to a text field
- Published Review templates can be archived when no longer needed
- Reminder settings can be changed after a review is published
Steps to publish a review template
- Select Template builder from the Perform Administration menu:
- Find the review template to publish
- Select Publish. The template is published immediately and available for managers to assign to your people:
Note that if the Review template has been published in error, it can be archived.
