Ai Skill generation by specific role, department, Job family
Based on early feedback from customers, we've introduced a secondary option for creating your Skill frameworks using AI. Alongside the existing company-wide skill generation, you can now generate Skill suggestions for specific skill profiles you're wanting to create; whether that's a job family, department, or specific job title.
You can also review existing Skill profiles and receive further suggestions of skills that do not belong in your library or that profile. This new option gives you even more flexibility to scale skills in a manageable and effective way.

Upcoming releases and Beta
Skill management permissions
Based on early customer feedback, we've received requests to add permissions that control who can manage skills in Learn. We'll introduce this new permission option in the coming weeks and will provide advance notice before it goes live. Users with suite-level permission access will need to assign the new permission to the appropriate users
Skill levels and assessments
We're close to releasing skill-level capability! This will give you the option to configure skill levels in Learn, assign skill targets, and have employees acquire skills through content completions or self-assessment. We're aiming for a July release - look out for more information.
Refresher training
In July, we will begin a limited Beta of the new Refresher training functionality. This will enable courses to have lessons that repeat based on rules. The Beta will then be expanded to more customers in August.
