In this article, we'll summarise the Fixed reports available for Perform and explain how they're most commonly used. For each report, we'll share a link to a more detailed article for you to explore further.
Fixed reports are ready-to-use reports designed to help you keep track of your people's development. They are called "Fixed" because their structure - columns, names, and layout - cannot be modified. However, they offer great versatility. Each report includes a summary dashboard highlighting key business metrics, with a range of filters to help you drill down into specific details.
Once you've applied filters, you can save your selections as a View. This allows you and your stakeholders to return instantly to the same filtered state when you next view the report. You can also schedule reminders to key stakeholders to return to the report and see updated data, ensuring everyone has access to the same insights.
We'll summarise:
- The People overview report
- The Objectives Summary report
- The Global Objectives report
- The Review summary report
- The Feedback report
- The Development activities report

Review summary report
The Review summary report focuses on summary-level data, highlighting overall progress across organisational reviews without detailed individual comments, but includes information on all assigned reviews.

The Review details dataset
Perform offers extensive flexibility, allowing each customer to create unique review templates, custom rating scales, and more. Therefore, a fixed report template would be too restrictive for the varied review templates that each customer can build.
Therefore, if you need granular insights into review responses, use the Reviews' dataset to build a user-generated report from scratch.
Feedback report
The Perform Feedback Report has been built to help you see the volumes of feedback across your organisation, response rates to feedback requests, the proportion of feedback requests that don’t generate a response, etc.
Development activities report
he Perform Development Activities Report has been built to help you see the volume of development activities across your organisation and the progress being made with each one.

How often does the reports database refresh?
- The report database refresh twice a day
- A time stamp showing the most recent database refresh is shown in every fixed report
- The 'database refresh' time stamp can also be added to a user-created report
- Each Dataset is refreshed individually, so the time stamp may differ between reports using different Datasets
- Where a fixed report and a user-created report are built using the same dataset, the time stamp will be the same
