In this article, we'll explain the main uses of the Perform Reviews Detail Report.
In Perform, a review is one of the most common ways of tracking and rating someone’s performance. Administrators have the freedom to create their own review form templates. People might have several different reviews assigned to them at any one time, such as a monthly ‘check-in’ style review and an annual performance review.
The Perform Reviews Detail Report has been built to help you see how review questions are being answered and the review ratings that have been selected.
This report emphasises detail-level data, but the main dashboard retains some of the top-level metrics that you’ll find in the Perform Reviews Summary Report.
Among the things the report contains are the following:
- How many reviews are in place, and their status
- The percentage of reviews that have been completed, are in progress, are not started, or are now overdue
- The option to drill into specific review templates
- The option to drill into specific review questions and look at the answers/ratings provided
- The option to look at review comments that have been left as part of a review
