In this article, we'll explain the main uses of the Perform Development Activities Report.
In Perform, a development activity can be created by a user or by their line manager, with both parties able to monitor progress. Although independent of reviews and objectives, a development activity has a natural association with these two important components of a person's overall capability and output.
The Perform Development Activities Report has been built to help you see the volume of development activities across your organisation and the progress being made with each one.
Among the things the report contains are the following:
- How many people have development activities, and how many do not
- The number of development activities that are complete and the number that are not.
- The number of development activities that are linked to a course in Kallidus Learn.
- An option to drill through to see more granular detail about the metrics listed above.
Other things to note
- Effective filtering will be crucial to getting the most from this report.
- By default, two filters have been pre-applied to this report. You have the option to amend those via the filters. The two pre-applied filters state that the user’s account on Perform must not be archived, and the development activity must not be archived.
- Date-range filters for the activity due date, the activity created date, and the activity completed date can be applied across all report pages. Other date-based filters can be applied to specific data tables where they appear.
