In this article, we'll show how to copy training records from one eLearning Lesson to another. This process might be necessary when updating eLearning content. For example, if a new version of an eLearning Lesson is added to Learn LMS, and any Users who completed the current version DO NOT need to complete the updated version.
Please note that for Instructor-led Lessons, training history updates should be made at the Event level.
Steps to copy Learner's training records between Lessons
- Browse to the Lesson area of Learn admin:

Select the Lesson that training results need to be copied from. Use the search fields to refine the list if required or scroll down the list of Lessons:
- Select Copy:
- Select Copy the assignments to an existing Lesson:
- Select Select and choose the Lesson that the training records should be copied to:
- Select Copy training records
- Unselect all other options (unless required)
- Select Submit to copy over the records to the select Lesson
All the results for the original Lesson are now copied to the selected Lesson. Remember to consider any additional steps that may be required for the Lesson and the associated Course.
