Learn - Activate evaluation forms

In this article, we'll explain how to enable evaluation forms globally for all Courses and Events in Learn. This efficient approach is especially valuable when administrators require evaluations for numerous Courses and Events.

Steps to activate evaluation forms

1. Browse to 'Evaluation form' from admin home:
2. Set toggle switches as required: 

3. Consider if you need to enable evaluation forms for all Courses and/or all Events. Set the toggle switches to 'Yes' as required

4. Assess whether the default 'recommended form' suits your needs or if you require specific questions tailored to certain Courses or Events. For example if specific questions are required by a Course/Event then you will need to create and link a new Evaluation form and link directly to the Course/Event

5. Select 'Save changes' to confirm your selections
