Learn - Add an evaluation form to Courses and Events

In this article, we'll guide you through the steps to attach an evaluation form to courses and events. This process is essential for the administrative tasks needed when evaluations are required for learning. If evaluation forms aren't already linked to learning, this is the way to do it.

Additionally, it's good to know that you have the option to activate evaluation forms for all courses or events globally. The alternative is to enable them for specific courses and events by following the steps provided in this article.

Steps to add an evaluation form to a Course

1. Browse to the 'Course' area of admin home:
2. Select the Course that an evaluation form is to be attached to
3. Select 'Evaluation form' from the administration menu: 
4. Use the 'Enable evaluations for this course' toggle switch to turn on evaluations forms:
5. Switch 'Use the default evaluation form' toggle to 'Yes' if the default evaluation form is required or choose from the drop-down menu 'Select an evaluation form' to select a different one.  You may need to create an evaluation form if a suitable one does not already exist
6. Select 'Save' to submit the changes

Steps to add an evaluation form to an Event

1. Browse to the 'Event' area of admin home:
2. Select the Event that an evaluation form is to be attached to so it can be edited
3. Select 'Evaluation form' from the administration menu:
4. Use the 'Enable evaluations for this event' toggle switch to turn on evaluations forms:
5. Switch 'Use the default evaluation form' toggle to 'Yes' if the default evaluation form is required or choose from the drop-down menu 'Select an evaluation form' to select a different one.  You may need to create an evaluation form if a suitable one does not already exist
6. Select 'Save' to submit the changes
