We’ve been introducing a fresh, bold new look for Kallidus. Our refreshed interface is designed to make it easier to learn, develop, and perform while ensuring consistency, speed, and accessibility.
This isn’t just a facelift. It’s the first step towards a unified, modern, and accessible experience across our products. Take a look here for a walkthrough of the new look!
This article covers:
What changed December 8th
The last update on 8th December included updates to Accreditation, CPD, My Details, and Share your Knowledge. This applies to customers who have these features enabled. If you have not enabled these features, the only update will be to the My details page, which will be updated for all customers.
Learn
Accreditations
Accreditations has a new look, featuring a redesigned list that clearly highlights items that have expired and need immediate attention, as well as those that are expiring soon. New widgets along the top of the page give Learners a quick snapshot of their progress with required training.
CPD
We’ve worked hard to make it easier to see how much learning you have left to complete your CPD. Each learning period is now clearly marked, making it easier to understand what has already been completed and what still needs attention. Widgets at the top of the page provide a quick overview of any unfinished CPD periods and the time remaining until the next deadline.
My details
We've updated the My details page to align with our latest designs. We've added a new drag-and-drop component for adding a profile image, and improved the layout and icons on the screen.
Share your knowledge
This update makes it easier for individuals to share knowledge. The new drag-and-drop feature makes it easy to upload content and share it within your organisation, whether on a desktop or a mobile device.

Perform
New Perform homepage
We're bringing together objectives, reviews, and development in one place. The dashboard automatically adapts to your organisation’s configuration, displaying widgets based on the features you have enabled. Users will get quick visibility of objectives, development activities, and global goals, along with shortcuts to common actions.
When the dashboard goes live, no action is required on your part or your learners'. There are no functional changes, so there will be no impact on ongoing reviews or objectives.
