Perform - Delete a review

In this article, we'll explain how to delete a review. This might be necessary if for example a review is assigned by mistake. The option to delete reviews is available to Perform Administrators, and managers.

A few things to know about deleting reviews:

• Managers can only delete reviews they have assigned to a team member
• Managers cannot delete a review if answers are shared
• Perform Administrators can delete any review at any point in the review process
• Perform Administrators can delete reviews that are signed off reviews
• Deleting a review is permanent - it cannot be undone

The steps for manager and Administrator are slightly different, so we'll outline both in this article:

1. Select My reviews to see all your Reviews
2. Find the Review to delete
3. Select the trashcan button:
4. Select Delete review:

1. In Perform, open the Administration menu
2. Select View everybody:
3. Search for the User with the review to be deleted:
4. Select See reviews
5. Find the Review to delete
6. Select the trashcan button:
