In this article, we'll explain how to delete a review. This might be necessary if for example a review is assigned by mistake. The option to delete reviews is available to Perform Administrators, and managers.
A few things to know about deleting reviews:
- Managers can only delete reviews they have assigned to a team member
- Managers cannot delete a review if answers are shared
- Perform Administrators can delete any review at any point in the review process
- Perform Administrators can delete reviews that are signed off reviews
- Deleting a review is permanent - it cannot be undone
The steps for manager and Administrator are slightly different, so we'll outline both in this article:
Steps for a manager to delete a review
- Select My reviews to see all your Reviews
- Find the Review to delete
- Select the trashcan button:
- Select Delete review:
Steps for an Administrator to delete a review
- In Perform, open the Administration menu
- Select View everybody:

Search for the User with the review to be deleted:
- Select See reviews
- Find the Review to delete
- Select the trashcan button:
- Select Delete review:
