In this article, we'll explain how Administrators can reopen a fully completed review for a User in Perform. This helps you let either the reviewee or reviewer to change their responses and then sign off the review again.
Note that:
- When the review is re-opened, both the reviewee and reviewer will be able to make changes
- If automated reminders are configured for the review, they will start up again
- Both reviewee and reviewer will need to sign off on the review again
Steps to re-open a fully signed off review
- Select View everybody from the Perform administration menu:
- Find the User
- Select See reviews:
- Find the review you wish to re-open
- Select the arrow next to 'Open review'

Select Re-open completed review from the drop-down list of options:
- Select re-open completed review to confirm the change
