In this article, we'll explain how Administrators can force close a Review for a User in Perform. This helps administrators efficiently manage their systems without the need to contact Kallidus Support for individual User changes.
This may be necessary if the reviewer and/or reviewee are unavailable to sign off on the review form, such as during periods of unexpected absence and when review forms need to be completed and closed to meet business requirements.
Note: Force closing a review will not 'Sign' it off. The review will close, but as either both or one of the participants have not signed this off, then the review will not show them as having done so.
Steps to force close a Review
- Select View everyone from the Perform administration menu:
- Navigate to the User
- Select See reviews:
- Select Force Complete from the drop-down list options for the Review that needs to be force closed:
