In this article, we'll explain how a reviewee and reviewer can share responses with the other person ahead of a review, and when to do it.
A few things to know about sharing answers:
- Once answers are shared, they can't be unshared
- You can still keep working on your responses after sharing
- Answers must be shared before a review can be signed off
When to share answers
There's no 'right time' to share answers - they can be shared at any point up to the review. However we recommend sharing answers ahead of time to give the other party time to prepare. There should never be any surprises when it comes to performance!
How to share answers
When the reviewer or the reviewee is satisfied with the information they have added to a review, they can share their response with the other party. Here's how:
- In Perform, browse to see all your reviews
- Find the review
- Select Continue this review:
- Select Share with reviewer/reviewee:
- A confirmation message will appear. Select Share:
