In this article, we'll explain how a reviewee and reviewer can sign off a review, and when to do it.
A few things to know about review sign-off:
- Administrators can undo review sign-off - but only if the review is still open for one person
- Answers cannot be changed after a review is signed off
- A sign-off section always appears at the end of a review form
- Administrators can force close a User's review if this is required for business reasons
When to sign off a review
The key thing to remember here, is that once you have shared answers, you cannot go back and change anything. Often, there will be a period after the review while both parties check over what has been added and make sure they're happy with it.
Think of review sign off as an agreement that you're happy with the content of the review. If you're not happy, don't sign it off!
