In this article, we'll show how to see all the reviews you have been assigned.
Although called 'Reviews' they're more adaptable than that. Reviews are often used for check-ins, PDPs, onboarding, and well-being check-ins - whenever there is an important conversation between a manager and team member that should be recorded.
If you're also a reviewer, reviews are divided into two sections - 'As the reviewee' and 'As the reviewer'.
We'll cover how to:
Steps to see all your reviews
In Perform, select My reviews:
The My reviews area lists all reviews with most recent first.
Understand the options on a 'Review card'
You may see several Reviews when you visit the My reviews area, depending on how your organisation is using Perform. Here are some of the key options for reviews:
| 1 | Select the date to toggle between 'days until due' and the actual due date |
| 2 | The progress indicator moves to 'Review started' for both people, when either the revewier or reviewee starts the review |
| 3 | Continue (or start if it's new) a review |
| 4 | Delegate the review to another reviewer (managers only) |
| 5 | 'Sign-off' status. When you have signed off a review your answers cannot be changed |
| 6 | 'Answers shared' status. Share your answers ahead of the review to give the other party time to prepare |
| 7 | Perform administrators can delete any review |
| 8 | Managers can delete reviews they created |
