How drill down looks to senior managers
Senior managers will see a drill down link next to a team member's name, when that individual is also a manager:

What senior managers can, and can't see
When drilling down beyond their direct reports, Senior managers get a restricted view of colleagues profiles. However, full detail is mostly visible only to the team member and their manager, to protect personal information.
In drill down view, a senior manager can:
- View objective progress
- View review progress
- View full details of development activities
In drill down view, a senior manager can't:
- View any Feedback
- View Content of a review (to protect the personal information the review might contain)
- Add commentary and attachments for objectives
- Add commentary and attachments for Development activities
