In this article, we'll show how to assign a review to one or more team members.
Although called 'Reviews' they're more adaptable than that. Reviews are often used for check-ins, PDPs, onboarding, and well-being check-ins - whenever there is an important conversation between a manager and team member that should be recorded.
Review templates are created by Perform Administrators, ready for managers to select and assign to their team.
A few things to know about Reviews in Perform:
- Managers can view and assign reviews to direct reports only
- Senior managers can view and assign reviews for anyone below them in the hierarchy
- A manager can delegate and undelegate a review
Please note that the ability for managers to assign reviews is an optional setting in Perform.
Steps to assign a review to one or more team members
- Select the My Team tab:
- Select New team review (if a review is for one team member only, it can be set directly by selecting See reviews' for that team member)
- Set a due date for the review:
- Select the checkbox for each team member who should be assigned this review
- Select a review to assign:
- Select Create review
If notifications are configured, team members will instantly receive an email advising they have been assigned a review.
