- In Perform, browse to My Team:
- Select See feedback for a team member:
All feedback received will be listed with the most recent first. Outstanding requests for feedback will also be listed with the most recent first.
Steps to request feedback for a team member
- In Perform, browse to My Team:
- Select See feedback for a team member:
- Select Get feedback
- Type the name of the person you'd like to ask for feedback about your team member. Perform will find a match:
- Change the message to suit the requirements. For example, you may be asking for broad feedback, or feedback related to a specific project or activity. Encourage the feedback provider to be specific, constructive, and professional
- Select Get feedback. The recipient will instantly receive a notification to let them know
