Creating requisitions in the Hiring Manager/Recruitment portal.
In order to create a new requisition please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Hiring Manager/Recruitment portal (use the same details as for the back office)
- Click on Add vacancy
- If templated requisitions are enabled, you can now pick an existing template or start a new form
- If no templates are available, you can start filling the form or picking the route for your requisition (depending on your individual set-up)

- Log in to the back office
- Click on Requisitions tab
- Click on the Create New Requisition option in the sub-menu
- If templated requisitions are enabled you can now pick an existing template or start a new form
- If no templates available you can start filling the form or picking the route for your requisition (depending on your individual set-up)
I cannot see the options mentioned above. What do I need to do?
You may be in a security group without access to this area - please contact your HR team to allow you more access.
I can see you are allowed to have requisition templates but that is not enabled. What do I need to do?
