What are vacancy templates?
If you don't use our requisitions module, or if you occasionally need to bypass the requisition process and add new vacancies, where you are regularly recruiting for the same role, you can prepopulate a vacancy form with all the relevant information. Then, when you click 'Add vacancy' you'll be able to either start from a blank form ('Create without a template') or you can pick from your available templates.
How to use vacancy templates?
Click 'Add vacancy template' from the sub-menu on the Vacancies tab, then complete as much information as can be templated. You might leave the location blank for example. No fields are mandatory when creating a template.
Click 'Save template' when done, and you'll see your new template in the 'Templates' workflow folder. If you want to edit the template, select the 'Templates' workflow folder, then click 'Edit this template'
