Learning Hours report
We've added a brand-new Learning Hours report to Power BI. This report is especially useful for L&D teams looking to understand the amount of learning available across their organisations, and the efficiency at which learning is being completed. The report includes:
- The estimated Learning Hours for your Organisation, People, and Lessons
- The actual Learning Hours for your Organisation, People, and Lessons
- The gap between your estimated and actual Learning Hours

Added Learning data in more Datasets
Based on your feedback, we've introduced Added Learning data into the CPD, Learning Progress, and Learning History datasets. Whether it's a lesson within your Learn catalogue, or learning completed externally, these improved datasets enable you to report on total learning activity and better support CPD reporting requirements.

Override data restrictions
We've now added the ability to override the default security model so other users can see a report as you do. This means:
- LMS admins can share their data access with Compliance Managers and HRBPs to enable org-wide reporting
- Cross-functional team members can report outside their group admin and line management hierarchies
- Managers can delegate reporting duties to other Managers while away on leave
