Create Skill frameworks: by manual import and using Ai
Kickstart your skills framework in Learn with powerful new tools. You can now generate skills in seconds using AI, or import your own list via CSV - ideal whether you're starting from scratch or building on what you have.
AI-generated skills are tailored to your sector and inputs, while manual imports offer full control. Once created, skills can be used to tag content, support learner development, and build skill profiles.
Tag lessons with skills: Manually and using Ai
You can now associate lessons with skills in Learn, helping learners clearly see the competencies tied to their training. Tag lessons manually or use AI to quickly suggest relevant skills across multiple lessons at once; perfect for scaling a skills-led approach. Skills show at the course level, giving learners insight into their development and guiding upskilling. AI support can be toggled on in Learn Admin.
Map skills to people: Skill profiles and direct assignment
You can now assign skills to learners through skill profiles (grouped sets of skills) or via direct assignment for more individualised needs. Once a learner has at least one skill assigned, their Skills Dashboard becomes visible; showing the skills they’re expected to develop, where those skills came from, and linking them to relevant learning content.
