Culture Amp SFTP integration
Ensure a seamless employee experience by integrating Sapling with Culture Amp. This SFTP-based integration supports both user creation and user updates, and it runs on a schedule of your choice. Check out the Culture Amp Integration Guide to learn more!
Displaying personal pronouns in profile headers
We've added the ability to display personal pronouns in profile headers across all your users. This new feature under Platform Settings recognizes existing Pronouns custom fields (if you've created one), so no need to create a brand new custom field or move your existing data!
Aligning user start dates with your email time zone
We've added the ability to align user start dates with your email time zone. Previously, you had control over when emails were sent by Sapling, but user start dates always took affect at 12am Pacific Standard Time (PST). With this new feature under Platform Settings, you now have the option for user start dates to take affect at 12am in your email time zone. This is particularly useful for customers operating in a single time zone, or customers aligning their global operations with their head office time zone.
Assigning profile templates via bulk upload
We've added the ability to bulk assign profile templates to current Sapling team members using the Bulk Upload tool. This is particularly useful if you need to assign multiple different profile templates to multiple different groups of users. You can still bulk assign profile templates via the People Directory, but that requires repeated effort as it only supports one profile template and one group of users at a time.
