Welcome to the November roundup for Kallidus Reporting & Analytics! Let's take a look at what we've released over the past month.
What's fixed
- For the Users, Groups, and Sign-in history report, we've updated the sign-ins summary chart at the foot of the dashboard to display exact numbers. Previously, the number was summarising to the nearest 1,000. This meant that (in an extreme example) a value of 1,501 and 2,499 would both previously display as 2K.
What's new
- Scheduled report reminders
- Updated evaluation report
- Updated learning progress report
- Updated users, groups, and sign-in history report
- Updated user import report
Scheduled report reminders
Share your reports with key stakeholders and team mailboxes using scheduled report reminders! Reminders deliver report links via scheduled emails, and they can include a custom body and subject line if desired. This feature was designed to be a call to action, ensuring your reports are being reviewed in a secure and timely manner, and with the latest data available.
Updated Evaluation report
To improve the readability of detailed course data tables, we've re-ordered the columns in a few data tables of the Evaluation report. For example, 'evaluation question' and 'evaluation answer' are now much closer to the left side of the data tables.
Updated Learning Progress report
To improve the readability of detailed user data tables, we've removed the 20 course custom field columns from all data tables of the Learning Progress report. Course custom fields are still available as filters on all pages.
Separately, we've added 'course enrolled date' and 'course is mandatory' columns to the relevant data tables within the report. Both fields previously only existed as filters but are now available as readable columns.
Updated Users, Groups, and Sign-in history report
We've added a new metric to the Users, Groups, and Sign-in history report which counts the number of distinct users who have signed in during the selected date range. This new metric can be useful for measuring user engagement, particularly when rolling out new processes/updates within Learn and Perform.
Updated User Import report
We've added an 'import date created' filter to the User Import report to enable reviewing of historical imports. We also added a 'latest import?' filter to quickly filter out imports that are more than a day old.
