Perform update 28th January 2025: Switch on AI SMART objectives and increased limit on giving feedback

Here's what's new in the 28th January release:

Switching on AI SMART objectives

You can now switch on AI SMART objectives using our new Settings page.  This can be accessed from the top right-hand avatar menu.  

View 'Perform - Use AI SMART objectives to help your people write better SMART objectives' for more information on how this works and what advantages it can deliver.

Enabling people to give more feedback

Previously feedback was capped at 2,000 characters.  We received a lot of feedback that this was too restrictive.  We have now increased this to 10,000 characters enabling more feedback to be given.

Have your say in the future of Kallidus products

Join the Kallidus product design research group and get involved in testing new features throughout the design cycle. We'll invite you to take part in testing new features and developments - anything from a two-minute click-test right through to a more detailed conversation. There's no obligation to take part when asked, and you can request to be taken off the list anytime.
