How to switch on AI SMART objectives
If you want to be an early adopter of this functionality (limited initially to 15 organisations), please raise a ticket with our help desk. The team will switch on this function for you.
Use AI to improve objectives
Once the feature is switched on, Users can request AI assistance when creating objectives. For example, an individual might create an objective focused on increasing sales:
If the individual selects Help me improve my objective with AI, the AI breaks the objective into Specific and Measurable sections. It also prompts them to include details on how the objective is Achievable and Relevant to broader business goals:
If the individual writes a more detailed objective that includes a success measure, the AI will extract this and place it into the Measurable section for review.
They can edit the text and choose Use this text or select Close to return to their original objective.
How your data is used
At Kallidus we take your data security and integrity extremely seriously. This feature does not transfer data outside of our usual infrastructure; it is kept within our own developed technology. The data is used for the sole and limited purpose of creating and improving Course recommendations.
As with all of our features, this new feature keeps your data separate from other customers' data. If you do not switch this feature on, your data will not be processed by our AI engine.
