Here's what's new in the 8th August 2024 release:
What's new
- Administrators can now force close a Review in Perform
- Administrators can now add, amend, and archive Objectives in Perform
- Perform fixed reports are now available for customers using new Kallidus Reporting and Analytics
- You can now add and remove Perform administrators (if using our new Identity provider IDS6)
Administrators can now force close a Review in Perform
Good news! We've made it so administrators can force close a review against a specific User in Perform without the need to contact Kallidus Support for individual User changes.
The administrator can navigate to any given User's reviews, and select the Force Complete option to close out a review. Read up on how to force close a review in Perform here.
Administrators can now add, amend, and archive Objectives in Perform
We've listened to your feedback and added the capability for administrators to add, amend, and archive Objectives in Perform for a specific user without the need for Kallidus Support to do it on their behalf.
The administrator can navigate to any given User's Objectives, and either use New Objective, or the Edit and Archive options for an existing objective. Read up on how to add, amend, and archive objectives here.
Perform fixed reports are now available for customers using new Kallidus Reporting and Analytics
We've added two new fixed reports for Perform customers to our new PowerBI-based Reporting and Analytics tool. These can be found in the Reports Home page if you are a Kallidus Perform customer:
The new Objectives Summary Report and the Review Summary Report are available on the Fixed Reports for Perform section in the Knowledgebase.
You can now add and remove Perform administrators (if using our new Identity provider IDS6)
You can now add and remove administrator permissions for Perform. Please note that this is possible only if your system is updated to use the new IDS6 identity provider. If not sure, check this article to see if your site is using our new identity provider.
Administrators can now update a User to a Perform admin or remove admin permissions directly from the Manage Users section of the Kallidus suite. See how to add and remove administrator permissions here.
Have your say in the future of Kallidus products
Join the Kallidus product design research group and get involved in testing new features throughout the design cycle. We'll invite you to take part in testing new features and developments - anything from a two-minute click-test right through to a more detailed conversation. There's no obligation to take part when asked, and you can request to be taken off the list anytime.
We also run regular coLABorate live events in The Academy. They're a great chance to meet other customers and join a wider discussion about new and planned features. Search CoLABorate in the Academy to see what's up next.
