In this article, we'll explain how Administrators can create, amend, or archive Objectives for a User in Perform. This helps administrators efficiently manage their systems without the need to contact Kallidus Support for individual User changes.

How to create an Objective for a User
- Select View everyone from the Perform administration menu:
- Navigate to the User
- Select Check objectives:
- Select New objective:
- Add in the details for the objective
- Set a Due date
- Select Save changes
How to amend an Objective for a User
- Follow steps 1 - 3 from 'How to create an objective for a User' section above
- Find the objective that needs to be amended
- Select Edit:
- Make the changes that are required (to the objective title, description or the due date):
- Select Save changes
How to archive an Objective for a User
- Follow steps 1 - 3 from 'How to create an objective for a User' section earlier in this article
- Select the archive icon, and the objective is archived:
Archived objectives are still visible and are found in the Archived tab area.
