Instant search is the quickest way to search across your system. From wherever you are in the backoffice, you’ll see a magnifying glass at the top right of your screen. Click on the magnifying glass and you can start typing a search term. This searches across all data in the system. Results immediately begin to appear below the search box.
Clicking on a candidate or vacancy name will take you to their timeline. Alternatively, click on the heading in the results (e.g. ‘Candidates’) to see the all the search results on tabs. From here you can click the down arrow icon to see where your search term appears on each result, or click ‘View’ to go to the timeline for any result.
You can also refine your search on this page. The default option is to search for any words typed, but you can change this to search for an exact phrase etc. on the results page.
TIP: If the search term is something you search for regularly, you can bookmark your search in your browser, so you can run the search again at any time. In this example, the search is for the term 'acca' across candidates, so the URL which can be bookmarked is https://nbd08.kallidus-suite.com/Recruit/Admin/GlobalSearch.aspx?any=acca&tab=candidates
