Calendar

Pending time-off requests visible on the Calendar

Admins have more visibility into pending time-off requests. With a clear overview of pending time-off requests on the calendar, admins can make informed decisions for efficient team coverage during busy time-off periods.

By filtering time-off-related event types, you can then view approved and pending requests.

• Open dots indicate pending requests.
• Solid dots indicate approved requests.

Calendar feed filtered by groups

Customize your calendar feed to display data based on specific filters providing a tailored view for your needs. These filters are then consistently applied to all calendar feeds.  Learn more about Calendar feeds.

Holidays

Include Holidays in Calendar feed

Holidays can also be added as a calendar feed which will be visible to all team members. Learn how to set Holiday calendar feed.

Bulk Upload Holidays

Streamline the process of adding multiple holidays to the system. Save time and effort by bulk uploading holidays using the provided CSV template. Learn how to bulk upload holidays.

Outbox

Customizable email formats

Admins now have greater control over the default email format. You can customize your company's default email address by not only configuring the username but also choosing your own domain. By adjusting the default email format, you can determine how email addresses are structured for users ensuring accurate email address updates. Learn more about Platform General settings.

Add "Reply-to email" for any templates 

Efficiently communicate and track responses to your email template by adding a "Reply-to email" where responses to the email can be collected. Learn how to add an email template.

Time-off

Extend approval requests upto 31 days

Ensure timely resolution and proper management of employee time-off requests within your organization. Extend the approval requests up to 31 days by customizing your existing time-off policies or adding a new time-off policy. Learn more about Managing time-off policies.

Profile 

Make fields *Required

Choose to make a field "Required" on any profile fields or job details templates. Learn more about custom profile fields.

Integrations

BambooHR Integration Enhancements

When it comes to getting the most out of your time, flexibility and customization are key.

Our latest BambooHR integration enhancements let you create profiles in BambooHR using our Location, Department, and Employment Status filters.

Imagine hiring a temporary contractor that doesn’t need a profile created. Simply select the appropriate filters and create only the profiles you want and need. Learn more about the BambooHR integration.

Paylocity Integration Enhancements

Our latest Paylocity integration enhancement allows for data to sync over once a user's profile has been created. After the profile is created and the Paylocity ID is added to Sapling, then we will sync additional fields. Learn more about the Paylocity integration.

ADP Workforce Now Integration Enhancements

Our ADP Workforce Now integration upgrade is built on the latest and greatest API for ADP Workforce Now and has new improved validations for the fields you sync with Sapling. 

The additional updates upgrade allows for more accurate data syncing saving you time and potential headaches by: 

• Validation of names
  • First, Last, Middle, and Preferred Name
• Creating profiles even when receiving an error from ADP WFN
  • We will be creating the profile in ADP WFN and will not be sending data for fields that are resulting in an error.

In ADP WFN, there are a few scenarios to account for that could cause profile creation errors. When receiving these errors, we will simply create the profile in ADP WFN without sending data for the field causing the error. Learn more about the ADP WFN integration.
