Welcome to Perform! In this article, we'll introduce the team member view of Perform. Let's start with a walkthrough of Perform.

Objectives
Objectives can be added by team members, and by managers. Any objective can be connected to a global objective, highlighting how individual objectives contribute to the organisations overarching goals.

Development activities are personal goals. They're a great way to focus on personal goals that may not be directly linked to role objectives.
Team members can create their own Development activity, and managers can create a Develoment activity for anyone in their team.

Reviews
Select the Reviews tab to see all Reviews.

Feedback
Constructive feedback is crucial for personal development, and a key feature of Perform. Team members can share feedback with a colleague, and request feedback from anyone in the organisation, any time.
